- Customized Products: Since each product at Laser On is custom-made based on the client’s specific requirements, we are unable to offer refunds or exchanges on these items once the production process has begun. This includes but is not limited to laser engraving and cutting services.
- Quality Concerns: We take pride in the craftsmanship of our products and strive to maintain the highest standards of quality. In the rare event that you receive a product with defects or errors that are attributable to our production process, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order. We may request photographic evidence to assess the issue. If the issue is verified, we will either offer a replacement or issue a refund, whichever is preferred by the customer.
- Cancellation Policy: As we begin production on custom orders promptly after receiving them, cancellations are only accepted within 24 hours of placing the order. After this timeframe, cancellations will not be accommodated, and the order will proceed as scheduled.
- Non-Customized Products: For non-customized products available for purchase on our website, such as accessories or ready-made items, we offer a 30-day return policy. If you are not satisfied with your purchase for any reason, you may return the item(s) in their original condition for a refund or exchange within 30 days of delivery.
